When we send furniture, the freight depends on the weight of the item – ie. the price varies by product.

For free. You will be notified when the order is ready.
You can pick up Monday to Thursday at 9-15 and Friday at 9-13. Otherwise contact us for individual agreement.
The delivery time for your order is usually 2-5 business days.
Stocked interior items: 2 – 3 business days
Produced Wood If furniture: Approx. 5 working days production time + 1 delivery day, then about 6 working days.
In and around Holidays + in unforeseen situations the delivery time can unfortunately vary a bit, but we still strive to deliver within about a week.
Can I have my goods delivered in my country?
Yes, normally you can. However, shipping costs can be very high for some countries. We do no deliver to United Kingdom.
Can I purchase VAT-free if I live in a country that is not a member of the EU?
Yes, of course you can. You should be aware that VAT and customs duties may be imposed in the country to which the goods are shipped. We are not responsible for VAT and customs clearance abroad, so this is your responsibility.
We are registered with identification number 2058103 as Wood If (Part of Schreibers Packaging) so if you live in Norway and shop with us you can get a refund from the Norwegian tax authorities (Skatteetaten).
Our identification number is electronically attached to your order and is done completely automatically.
Can I add things to the order I just placed?
Both yes and no.
We are unable to add products to your existing order that you have already approved. The reason for this is that your payment is secured through aour payment provider. Therefore, we can never withdraw more than what you have approved.
However, you can immediately make another order and send us an email or call +45 88447160. Then we can ship your orders together. However, they are really fast in our packing area, and therefore you cannot be 100% sure that we can ship your orders together. But send us an email and we will do our best.
Can I cancel my order?
Once again, we are really fast and pack and ship all weekdays. Therefore, send us an email at email@example.com – then we will do what we can to help cancel your order. Should we have sent your package, you are of course welcome to return it to us.
