Protection of your data

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. We keep your email address and information about your purchases at Wood If until it is no longer relevant, ie you can have your information deleted at any time if you no longer want us to store your data.

In order to make an order with us, we need the following information:
– Name
– Address
– Phone number
– Email address
– Your payment information (but we do not store it)

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction. The personal information is registered with Wood If and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

If you have chosen shipping with GLS or UPS, your delivery information will be handed over to them, in order to have your goods delivered.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Wood If have access to the information recorded about you.
