WOOD IF accepts online payments with Visa / Dankort, Mobilepay Online.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is sent or reported ready for pickup in Tørring.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal’s website.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

It is possible for Danish institutions to pay via EAN number.

3. Shipping / Delivery
When we send furniture, the freight depends on the weight of the item – ie. the price varies by product.
Free delivery to Danish GLS parcel shop over DKK 900.
Free home delivery:
Denmark (GLS): > DKK 1500
Sweden (UPS): > SEK 2000
Norway (UPS): > NOK 2000
Rest of Europe (UPS) > EUR 200.
Pick-up in Tørring in Denmark:
For free. You will be notified when the order is ready.
You can pick up Monday to Thursday at 9-15 and Friday at 9-13. Otherwise contact us for individual agreement.
The delivery time for your order is usually 5-7 business days.
In and around Holidays + in unforeseen situations the delivery time can unfortunately vary a bit, but we still strive to deliver within about a week.
VOEC agreement for Norwegian costumers
We are registered with identification number 2058103 as Wood If (Part of Schreibers Packaging) so if you live in Norway and shop with us you can get a refund from the Norwegian tax authorities (Skatteetaten).
Our identification number is electronically attached to your order and is done completely automatically.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a full 100 days right to return unused products when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find attached to the terms and conditions in the order confirmation or can be downloaded on this website.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Have you regretted part of the purchase?
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret a part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
5.1 Return costs:
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
5.2 Condition of the item(s) when you send it back:
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging we sent it in. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the product.
5.3 Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
If the customer does not pick up the package at the package shop within the deadline or the customer rejects the package and is sent back without the customer contacting Wood If first, the return shipping will be reduced of the refund amount.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(However, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

7. Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Schreibers Packaging A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies processes information solely on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data responsible for woodif.dk is Schreibers Packaging A / S.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
